Co-presented by the Fondation Cartier pour l'art contemporain and Triennale Milano at the Palazzo dell'Arte in Milan, Studio Adrien Gardère is pleased to design the first Italian retrospective of the Aboriginal artist Mirdidingkingathi Juwarnda Sally Gabori.

The scenography takes advantage of the space's characteristics to create rhythms and points of view, revealing a pictorial landscape where the artist's monumental paintings radiate and echo with the architectural volumes.

By developing two harmonious and complementary atmospheres, illustrated by highlighted high ceilings and two blue and more intimate paths, the exhibition is an invitation to wander and contemplate. In this same desire, seats has been designed as a real scenographic element which becomes one with the space and underlines the artworks.

The scenography thus stands out, while discreetly stepping aside to place Sally Gabori in the foreground and assert her status as a contemporary painter.
